Life isn't hard, How we respond to situations we cannot control, is Hard! You have already created a life for yourself despite how troubling, traumatic or challenging some of your experiences have been! You have what is called "emotional grit."  There is always room for growth and a sense of self that is meaningful no matter what we have been through.  We all need Empathy that is Genuine and willing to be patient with our stories, our experiences, our challenges, allowing us time to "breathe, process, and heal" without the bias and judgements other people have of you due to their own experiences!  We all heal in our own Time!

THIS IS a "Safe Zone" that allows you to share what is on Your Heart! This is an opportunity to explore aspects of your life that may be difficult (or impossible) to share with others.  We will have "confidential conversations"  reflecting on the areas of your life that are sensitive, secretive, and something you can't share with "just anyone."  It's a Process, as I witness the interpersonal growth within each individual client I work with.  Along with my education, Experiences with others, the Strength and Advocacy for promoting our Mental Health and Emotional Intelligence, we can explore challenges or circumstances that need more Clarity.  There is a story behind all of our emotions!
